Az UNI-GYŐR GYVSE női OB I-es együttese új centerrel bővült: a török válogatott és a Galatasaray játékosa, Dilara Buralı októbertől csapatunkat erősíti.

A 25 éves pólós 14 éve játszik, és már most magabiztosan mozog az UNI-GYŐR GYVSE együttesében. A vízilabdával 11 éves korában ismerkedett meg édesanyja biztatására. Azóta hosszú utat járt be, hiszen a Galatasaray mellett a török nemzeti csapatban is szerepelt. Fő posztja a center, és mint mondja: „Szeretek egy az egyben harcolni.”
A győri szerződés új kihívást és fejlődési lehetőséget jelent számára: „A legfontosabb motivációm az volt, hogy külföldi csapatban játszhassak. Magyarország mondhatni nagyhatalom a vízilabdában, így különösen inspiráló volt ide igazolni.”
Dilara a városról és a klubról is pozitívan nyilatkozott: „Győr barátságos és nyugodt város, tiszta a levegő, a klub pedig nagyon komolyan veszi a vízilabdát.”
„Mindig szeretem fejleszteni magam és új dolgokat tanulni” – meséli Dilara, aki médiakommunikáció szakon végzett, és elmondása szerint imád nevetni, szórakozni és szeretné a legtöbbet kihozni az életből. Természetesen a magyar konyha is felkeltette az érdeklődését: „Már sok magyar ételt megkóstoltam, de a gulyásleves még várat magára – a képek alapján fantasztikusan néz ki!”
Végül a szurkolóknak is üzent: „Sűrű hónap elé nézünk, több hazai és idegenbeli mérkőzéssel. Számítunk a szurkolók támogatására!”
Csapatunk tehát egy újabb, elszánt és mosolygós centerrel gazdagodott, aki októbertől nemcsak a vízben, hanem Győrben is otthonra találhat.
Turkish reinforcement in Győr: Dilara Buralı joins the UNI-GYŐR GYVSE women’s water polo team from October
The UNI-GYŐR GYVSE women’s first division team has strengthened its roster with a new center: Dilara Buralı, player of the Turkish national team and Galatasaray, has joined our club from October.
The 25-year-old water polo player has been in the sport for 14 years and already feels confident among her new teammates.
Dilara was introduced to water polo at the age of 11, encouraged by her mother. Since then, she has come a long way, representing both Galatasaray and the Turkish national team. Her main position is center forward, and as she says: “I like to fight one-on-one.”
Her move to Győr represents both a new challenge and a valuable opportunity for growth: “My main motivation was to play for a team abroad. The fact that Hungary is a good country in water polo encouraged me even more..”
She spoke positively about the city and the club as well: “Győr is a friendly and peaceful city with clean air, and the club takes water polo very seriously.”
“I always love improving myself and learning new things,” says Dilara, who holds a degree in media communications. She describes herself as someone who loves to laugh, have fun, and make the most of life. Naturally, Hungarian cuisine has also caught her attention: “I’ve tried many Hungarian dishes already, but I still haven’t had goulash – it looks so delicious in pictures!”
Finally, she shared a message for the fans: “We have a busy month ahead with several home and away matches. We’re counting on your support!”
With her arrival, the Győr team has gained a determined and cheerful new center – one who, from October onward, looks set to find her home not only in the pool but also in the city of Győr.
